Product is usually shipped out in 3-5 business days.

Charges

Shipping charges are the responsibillty of the customer. In the USA, one item ships for a nominal ($5 and up, depending on the size and weight) flat fee. Multiple items shipped in one order is more cost effective for the customer. Out of country shipping, may also include customs/duty and increased shipping costs.

Shipping Claims

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused immediately and the damaged shipment reported to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage to goods caused by a third party shipping provider or the complete loss of goods due to the same. 

Shipping - Costs of Returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
