 Return Policy

 Instant Rebate Cash Discount

Please note that if you take the Instant Rebate (IR) Cash Discount at check out, your purchase is not refundable nor eligible for returns.  

Sale or IR items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or any items purchased with our IR (instant rebate) are not acceptable and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@ofcourseofcourse.com and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. This is only to direct you to the correct party as we work with thrid party manufacturers and fulfillment services. 

Non IR Returns

Returns are only accepted if your product is returned in original package and unopened. You will receive a store credit for the amount which can be used to purchase another item. We're here to help. Our goal is to work toward  a pathway help to reduce the carbon footprint. 

Defect Product Refunds (if applicable) 

Only defected regular priced products (within 30 days of purchase date) are eligible for refunds, and need approval from OCOC. Again, please contact us by email at: info@offcourseofcourse.com. Explain the problem, as we deal with third parties and only then, can we direct you where to ship the defected item(s).  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you, of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card and/or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges on returns.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check which payment method used to make your purchase. If by debit card, check your bank account. If credit card then your credit card company. It may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ofcourseofcourse.com.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return*. *Again only if your item has been preapproved for return. Once your item has been approved for return and item is received, you will receive a gift certificate, which will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund* to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. *Again only if your item has been preapproved for return.
